Fried Rice - Unknown
Instructions:
*Cook 2 cups of brown rice and set aside. *Finely chop & Caramelize 1/2 a red onion in vegetable oil, set aside. *Mix 3 drops each soy sauce & sesame oil with one egg. Cook egg and set aside. *Finely chop 1 large carrot. Fry with 1/2 cup of thawed frozen peas and caramelized onions for 3 minutes. *Add cooked egg and 1 Tbs each soy sauce & sesame oil. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. *Add 1 cup bean sprouts. Cook for an additional 1 minute & serve hot. |
