1 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp salt 3 Tbsp cold butter, cubed 1/3 cup shortening 1/2 cup cold water |
-Mix Flour & Salt
-Break and mix in butter & shortening -Add half cold water, mix, and add remaining water -Without overworking, roll on a floured surface and place in sprayed pie plate |
Filling:
6 eggs 3/4 cup milk Fillings |
-Whisk milk and eggs
-Add fillings -Pour into pie plate -Bake 35 to 40 mins at 375' |
