Marshmallow fondant
2 cups Marshmallows
1 1/2 tsp Water 2 cups Powdered Sugar vegetable shortening |
Place marshmallows and water in microwave safe dish and microwave 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Stir until smooth. Fold in powdered sugar. Grease counter and hands with vegetable oil. Knead until incorporated and smooth. Add color or flavor. |
Use powdered sugar to keep fondant from sticking to surfaces.
