Chocolate mousse - samoset resort
Ingredients:
1 Cup Chocolate Chips 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream 2 Yolks 1 2/3 Cups Heavy Cream 3 Whites 3 Tbs Sugar |
Instructions:
Melt chocolate and 1/3 cup heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl. Stir until smooth. Add yolks and mix well. Whip 1 2/3 cup heavy cream until soft peaks form. In a clean, dry bowl whip whites and sugar until meringue forms soft peaks. Add a spoonful of whip cream to chocolate & whisk. Gently fold chocolate into whipped cream. Gently fold in meringue .
