Ingredients Cake: 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon Ginger 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 stick butter (softened) 1 1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 cup Pumpkin 1 teaspoon Vanilla Filling: 1 stick Butter 1 package Cream Cheese 1/2 container or Fluff
Instructions In a large bowl whisk flour, soda, powder, spices, & salt In a separate bowl, cream butter & sugar Add eggs, pumpkin, & vanilla to butter mixture & mix well Add dry ingredients to wet and mix. Drop cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper Bake at 350' for 10 minutes
While cookies are baking, make cream cheese frosting Soften & cream the butter & cream cheese Add fluff & mix well
Let cakes cool then fill with frosting
